MILLIKEN, Justice. This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the appellee, W. C. Lawton, for personal injuries and property damage received in a collision with appellants automobile which was parked, unattended, on a public highway at the time of the accident. Appellants principal grounds for reversal are that the parking of his car on the highway was not the proximate cause of the accident, and that appellee was guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law.
