Randy and Revell Boss*fn2 seek writs of habeas corpus overturning their state robbery and murder convictions. They argue that during their trial prosecutors unconstitutionally withheld from them material evidence favorable to their defense, in violation of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963). The district court concluded that this argument did not warrant habeas corpus relief. Because we believe the Bosses have adequately established the elements of a Brady violation, we reverse.
